We thought how to automate the process as much as possible. So we can save you time as much as possible. When a record is created for an individual, at the same time a Loan and Voucher records are created. The Loan Number is generated as sequential number.
The loan record displays the data as a dash board and it shows the loan's status in real time whenever changes have occurred.
When the loan is fully paid you can close it or archived it later on. If you change your mind later on you can de-archive it and open it when is needed. Any change you do is color coded.
As shown in the below image you can basically have a global view on the individual record from top to bottom. Easily assign the Loan status based on the current situation. It could be Active, Charged Off or Closed and many more.
It will track down deferred payments and you can assign any date as deferred to date. There are different reports that can provide you full detail of which individual is paid on time or delinquent. The loan record 5331 as shown in the below screen shot provides the info in real time when transaction has performed either for the Receivables or the Vouchers (payables).
